Dearest Darling Friends,

One day I saw an interview with Bill Gates saying, even if he puts all his wealth to solve issues it won’t be enough to solve everything. So, he has to prioritize.

Damn!

I thought Bill Gates is rich. He thinks, he is not rich enough.

Ah yes! There is a small difference in the way he looks at wealth and I was looking at wealth.

For me, the dream of having money was in the joy of ‘HAVING IT’.

For Bill Gates, the joy of having money is in SOLVING a social ISSUE.

I guess, that is why he is Bill Gates and I am I. Ouch!

In his lifetime, he has donated 3,24,000 crores approximately. Woooooooah. And he is still the richest man on this planet.

In matters of giving money, Bill Gates is my inspiration. Among Indians, my inspiration for giving is Azim Premji who has given away approx 1,50,000 crores so far. Even that is quite a lottttt.

Who is your inspiration in matters of GIVING?

It’s Christmas season and I thought, this would be appropriate LSM to write for Christmas. After all, Christmas is all about giving, isn’t it?
