As I was browsing the internet, I came across this method in an article by Stanford professor Chip Heath. What caught my attention was the mention – “This is THE most read, saved and shared article”.


I have applied it to all aspects of my life. The results have been stunning.


The idea is actually very simple. And that is where the genius lies.


Every time I am about to take a major decision or I am wanting to say something negative, I ask myself three simple questions.


#How will I feel about it in 10 minutes?


#How will I feel about it in 10 months?


#How will I feel about it in 10 years?


That’s it! That is the 10/10/10 method.


From a vitriolic mood, this method calms me down.


From an indulgent mood, it makes me set out of comfort zone goals.


From possible ego wars with people I love, it has opened my heart to see their perspectives.
