There are two kinds of pain.
– One that makes you strong. This is the pain that we must embrace. Happily.
1. It is the pain of facing fear.
2. It is the pain of breaking comfort zones.
3. It is the pain of having difficult conversations.
4. It is the pain of sacrificing your desires for your family’s smile.
5. It is the pain of staying away from home as you educate yourself for a better future.
6. It is the pain your muscles feel as you exercise and you push your body towards greater fitness.
– The other pain is meaningless suffering. End this pain as soon as possible.
1. It is the pain of the past.
2. It is the pain of your failures.
3. It is the pain of betrayal.
4. It is the pain of regret.
5. It is the pain of losses.
6. It is the pain of ego.
Both the pains are NOT the same. They are different. Be wise and treat them differently.
