The experience during meditation is like the moon reflected on a drop of water. The moon does not get wet. Nor does the water gets broken….Although it’s light is wide and great, the moon is reflected even in a drop. Without meditation, I am like a leaf that believes it is alone. With meditation, I am like a leaf that KNOWS it is a part of a huge tree.

The thing about life is, sometimes the balloon bursts while filling it. Sometimes they burst when you throw it. Sometimes, even when you throw it, it does not burst. That’s the funny part of life.

Why Thursdays are so important?
Thursdays have become more special nowadays for me :). I have realized over a period of time that there are so many wonderful people around me and I tended to ignore that. I decided to write a thank you note EVERY Thursday.
The ‘open’ look.
In the play school, children look at the teacher searchingly, openly, reachingly. They put nothing in between. The teacher is concerned with the books and the toys and the bags and what she needs to teach today and DOES NOT look back. The children keep looking. The teacher sees them but does not ‘look’.
This Sixty is a ‘mix’ty thing.
You are NEEDED somewhere and strictly NOT WANTED somewhere.
Whatever game you play, self-confidence, is the key!
My Coach, did not just teach about playing. He taught me about winning AND losing. Most importantly, whatever happens, be confident. Only then, you can do your best.
