What is a ‘desire’? A wish, a need or a want?
Desires emerge from a different dimension of life. You sense a nagging longing for it. You just know deep within that it has enslaved your heart in a prison and you are glad about it. It’s like a pirate’s desire to see a hint of land through the vastness of the ocean or a lover’s longing to reunite with its love or a soldier’s love to play a small role in keeping his country safe.
The Banana Peel and the Fat Lady

When you visit all the rooms everyday, the fire in you never goes out. The hero in your soul never perishes in lonely frustration. You possess a feeling for beauty, the courage to take risks, the discipline to chase your dreams, and a capacity to make sacrifices. Wouldn’t all these make you an awesome person?

Metaphor to explain why to Meditate.
The experience during meditation is like the moon reflected on a drop of water. The moon does not get wet. Nor does the water gets broken….Although it’s light is wide and great, the moon is reflected even in a drop. Without meditation, I am like a leaf that believes it is alone. With meditation, I am like a leaf that KNOWS it is a part of a huge tree.
