People often say that doing something like this CONSISTENTLY, is impossible for them.
Wake up on time.
*Be punctual.
*Stay calm.
*Smile.
*Drink more water
*Eat on time
*Resist tasty albeit unhealthy food.
*Count your blessings and not your troubles.
*Exercise
*Meditate
…and more
Yes, there are a few situations that can make these hard to do. But, but, but, I also believe that many of us do not want to go the extra mile to improve our lives.
Think of things that are genuinely preventing you from doing what you want to. No no no. I am not talking about huge things that are complicated and require humongous efforts. I am speaking about simple activities like giving up smoking or going to the gym or eating more fruits and vegetables or drinking more water or filling the fuel in your car before it hits empty or paying your credit card dues on time or not having late night binge TV watching.
