You have hands who are ‘doers’ not thinkers.
You have a few solid loyalists who work as hard as you.
You need to check the phone every now and then.
You are always restless
You always carry work home.

3. The Systems Builder –

You start hiring and BUILD SOPS.
You turn your wins into repeatable processes.
Without you, things happen at the same level of expertise.
You can go for a holiday without getting a single phone call.

4. The Leader Manager –

Now, success depends on others and not just you.
You are into strategy (70%) and very less into execution (less than 20%).
You move from being an engine to being an architect.
You mentor leaders.
They make decisions based on data and not drama.
Growth starts happening even when you are NOT around.
There are many things that happens better than how you would have done it.
You can start other businesses and scale them to heights.

5. Chairman of the Board –

You build a business by building systems, empowering people and thinking ‘long term’.
Operationally you are NOT required at all.
You are the accountability partner to the directors.
You have multiple businesses that are leaders in their segments.
You are the moral compass.
You are the Board Chair.
