Make emotions your greatest ASSET. See emotions as data and energy. See emotions as a question that is waiting for a proper answer. Then, what the world calls as negative emotions won’t be negative for you at all.

Now, ask yourself this question, “Which advice have I diligently followed and implemented?”. Sorry for asking too many questions this time around but here is the final question for the day. “What made you follow THAT advice?”
A traditional story of the Poisoned Tree
The maturity we develop in approaching difficulties is illustrated by the traditional story of a poisoned tree. On first discovering a poisoned tree, some people immediately cry about their misfortune. They blame the tree. They curse the tree. They believe, whatever is NOT OK in their life, is because of the presence of this tree. Their approach is self-pity.

Haal or ḥāl in Arabic means “state” or “condition”. It’s plural ahwal (aḥwāl)) is generally understood to be the product of a Sufi’s spiritual practices while on his way toward God. Therefore, ’Kya haal hai’ means, ‘How is your relationship with the divine? Do you feel close to him? How is your heart?’
