Dearest Darling Friends,

Have you ever received a good advice from someone and you have NOT taken that advice? Chances are high, you are saying YESSSSSS.

It will be an interesting experiment to ask yourself, “If the advice was good, why didn’t I take that advice?”

But then, isn’t it common for people to resist advice and seldom follow it?

Now, ask yourself this question, “Which advice have I diligently followed and implemented?”. Sorry for asking too many questions this time around but here is the final question for the day. “What made you follow THAT advice?”

In my 20+ years as a ‘Life Coach”, I have experienced a few things about giving advice, receiving advice and implementing the advice. Here are those thoughts. Please feel free to agree or disagree.

*Very rarely are people seeking advice. Most people are seeking validation.

*Unasked advice is almost never ever followed.

*Unasked advice is almost always ‘frowned upon’.

*If an advice was taken and followed, chances are very high that advice was specifically asked for.

If you have uncovered the ‘secret’ about giving or taking advice, please feel free to advice. I am seeking it.

With love, prayers and exceptional wishes,

naren

Imagine, when we wake up, we are given only what we had thanked for.
