Dearest Darling Friends,
Let’s talk about doing One Thing Every Day to grow in 100 Days. Yep, it’s a challenge—but who doesn’t love a good challenge? (Besides me, when I am cozy on the couch watching Reacher bamboozle his enemies.)
Here’s the truth: Growth doesn’t have to be a giant leap. It can be a tiny, baby step. Think of it as climbing a mountain.
You don’t just wake up one day and yell, “I’m gonna make a century in my next gully cricket match!” (Unless you are Virat Kohli, in which case, respect.)
You start by practicing hard, taking one step ahead, and making gentle progress. Along the way, maybe you will fail now and then. (That’s okay, as we are focusing on progress, not perfection.)
I will be honest. I have had my fair share of “growth” goals that didn’t go as planned. Like the time I tried to meditate and ended up making a mental grocery list. (Hey, at least I remembered the cauliflower, which I dislike.)
But here’s the thing: Small, consistent actions compound over time. Do one thing every day for 100 days, and you will be amazed at how far you’ve come.
So, here’s my 100-Day Challenge to you: What’s one tiny thing you can do every day to grow?
- Read 10 pages
- Write a gratitude journal
- Learn a new skill
- Do 10 Surya Namaskaar no matter what
- Go deeper in excelling at AI prompts.
- Wake up before 5 am
- Walk 10,000 steps
- Meditate for a minimum of 20 mins
Your turn, darlings: What’s your 1 thing?
Drop it in the comments or DM me—let’s crush this challenge together. And if you need a cheerleader, I am here with pom-poms and questionable dance moves.
Let’s grow, darlings! 🌱
